Our Farm is a coffee farm located in the Guji Zone, in Ethiopia. It is known for its rich organic coffee production and its stunning highland setting with cloudy air and natural coffee origins.
The farm is situated in a region renowned for its high-quality coffee beans, and the unique microclimate and fertile soil contribute to the exceptional flavor and aroma of the coffee produced here.

PROCESSING
We carry out constant research and development on all stages of the processing to finesse the techniques we use and get the best quality and range of flavor out of our beans and roasted. Cherries are hand-picked and hand-sorted at source by farmers to remove any under or overripe cherries. The select cherry harvest is then delivered to one of our washing sites, where farmers are paid an above average rate for their product, with a higher price paid for better quality cherry.
